Hailey Hechtman is the Executive Director. Her role is to direct day to day operations, manage and implement policy, implement and monitor strategic plan, provide organizational leadership, manage programs, manage personnel, manage financials, perform risk analysis, promote collaboration and partnership
Victoria Whyte is the Acting Residential Coordinator. Her role is to provide leadership to residential programs, hire, train, supervise and evaluate residential staff and relief staff, facilitate external communications with circle of care (parents/guardians, case managers etc...) , implement policy, provide on-call supervision
Carole Dumont is the Program Coordinator. Her role is to provide leadership to day program, hire, train, supervise and evaluate day program staff and relief staff, facilitate external communications with circle of care (parents/caregivers, case managers, employers, teachers etc...), implement policy, provide on-call supervision
